Cancellation Policy

1. Pre-Payment Policy: All animal reiki appointments must be prepaid in full at the time of booking to secure your session. 2. Rescheduling Policy: Should you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance on 0418 112 995. Your payment will be applied to your rescheduled session. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of the prepayment. 3. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice via phone 0418 112 995. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund of the prepayment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
